'Artists of Gillingham School'

Art teaching staff showed work alongside a few graduates of Gillingham School, who now work and exhibit internationally.

Christopher White   Painting
an artist illustrator and lecturer who lives and works in New Zealand. 
Jonathan Gawler   Photography
based in Bristol, working throughout the UK and 
Europe as a sports photo-journalist
Julia Keyte   Jewellery/Mixed media
designer-maker working in 3D who aims to broaden the role of 
jewellers by using alternative media, and working 
collaboratively with industrial manufacturers.
Hannah Corben   Painting
a teacher, painter and printmaker at Gillingham School. Hannah lives in central Dorset and has made a series of pure 'colour field' abstract paintings to represent her wider experiences.

Alyson Diggle   Ceramics  a sculptor in ceramics whose work explores the relationships between natural and abstract forms. Alyson is also  Head of Art and Deputy Head of Year at Gillingham School.
Peter Stott    Photography a freelance photographer who lives and works in Portsmouth. His work intimately documents the urban landscapes of that city. 
Syd Symons  Mixed media  Head of Creative Arts at Gillingham School. Syd has used mixed media, figurative image making to explore the broader relationships of drawing, photography and digital printmaking.
