The Slade Building is on the north side of The Square, in Gillingham's old town, opposite the Phoenix, an old coaching inn.

Office suites at The Slade Centre are on the first floor, overlooking the conservation area of The Square, and have a southerly aspect.

The best features of this Edwardian building have been retained, and combined with modern office facilities.

The Board Room and the Studio at The Slade Centre are available to hire. See details below.

Office Suite 1 is on the east side of the first floor and is approx. 140 square feet. This office is currently vacant.
 

Office Suite 2 is at the south east corner of the first floor and is approx. 140 square feet.  It has a pleasant view down Gillingham High St. This office is let.

Office Suite 3 faces south east and is approx. 350 square feet. This office is let.

Office Suite 4 is shown on the floor plan as the Consulting Room and is approx. 140 square feet. This room is not currently available as office space.


The Studio is 10m X 5m, ( 32½ ft by 16¼ ft) and accommodates up to 50 people depending on layout. It is used for exhibitions, workshops, training events, seminars, films, wedding receptions and private parties and dinners.

The Board Room is 6m X 4.5m, (19½ ft X 14 ½ ft.) and can cater for groups of 15 (in classroom format) or 10 (boardroom format).

All rooms are well lit with natural and flexible artificial lighting as required. Kitchen and rest room facilities are conveniently located. Catering is available.
