Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung is very simple and easy to practise. It
uses simple physical movements, gentle breathing and a meditative

all, practice only takes 10 or 15 minutes. That's it. Where ever
you are, you are in a great position to practice Cosmos Chi Kung.
